摘  要:以容器育苗为研究方向,以乳源木莲、深山含笑、大叶樟、猴欢喜等阔叶树种为试验材料,开展了育苗轻型基质、育苗容器规格、阔叶树容器苗出圃质量评价等方面的研究。结果表明:轻型基质J16最有利于苗木根系生长,其根量最大,苗高生长最快。容器规格在育苗初期对苗木生长影响不大,但随着苗木的逐渐生长,不同规格容器的苗木各指标差异增大。从容器苗各形态指标间的相关性、生理指标及活力指标等方面分析,构建以外观特征、地径、苗高、高径比、>2 cm长Ⅰ级侧根数、全苗干重、根系水势、根生长潜力(RGP)为阔叶树容器苗质量指标的综合评价体系,提出了大叶樟等3个阔叶树种容器苗的出圃质量标准。Containerized seedling raising was studied. With broad -leaved trees, such as Manglietia yuyuanensis, Michelia maudiae, Cinnamomum porrectum and Sloanea sinensis Hemsl, as experimental materials, the light media,the standards of the containers, the quality of broad - leaved trees raised in the seedling containers and soon were studied. The result of experiment shows that:The light medium J16 was the best for seedling root growth. The quantity of the roots was the largest and the height of the seedling grew the fastest. The standards of the seedling containers did not influence the growth of the seedlingin the early days, but as the seedling grew, the differences of all the indexes became ladger among different sizes of the seedling containers. Based on the analysis of the morphological relativity of the containerized seedling, physiological indexes and vigor indexes, a comprehensive quality assessment system of morphological characters, ground diameler, seedling height,the ratio between height and diameter,the number of later roots with their length 〉 2 cm, dry weight, root system water potential, root growth potential was established;and the quality standards for the broad - leaved containerized seedlings of three species including Cinnamomum porrectum etc. out of nursery are put forward.
