摘　　要：研究基于模糊理论的停车规划评价方法.通过对停车场社会经济效益评价指标的深入分析,选择了投资成本、停车供需满足程度、道路通行能力影响等六项指标作为评价影响因素.根据评价指标具有模糊性、不确定性的特点,利用模糊理论,建立了城市停车规划评价的多阶模糊综合评价模型.并结合黑龙江某市的停车规划,利用建立的评价模型,对规划方案进行了评价,应用取得了较为满意的效果.An evaluation method using the fuzzy decision- making is presented in this paper. Six evaluated indexes such as investment costs, meeting degrees of supply and demand, and effect of traffic capability are chosen as affecting factors to appraise urban parking planning project, through the deep analysis on evaluation indexes affecting societal economy benefits. The multilevel fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of evaluation urban parking planning is built utilizing the theory of fuzzy according to the indexes characteristic of fuzzy and uncertainty. The method is applied to the parking planning in Heilongjiang province and acquired satisfying conclusions.
