摘  要:对含有α″-Fe16N2相的块状铁氮合金的制备和磁特性进行了研究.利用NH3和H2的混合气体通入铁粉在高温下进行加热,然后通过淬火至低温,再经回火处理,形成一种新相,即α″-Fe16N2.X射线衍射分析表明,制得的相不是纯相,α″-Fe16N2样品中都含有γ-Fe(N)(奥氏体氮化铁),α′-Fe(N)(马氏体氮化铁)和α″-Fe16N2这三种成分.从振动样品磁强计测量结果中可以看出,所有样品的饱和磁矩都不是很大,并且发现样品的磁饱和感应强度随着γ-Fe(N)的含量减少而增大,随着α″-Fe16N2含量的增加而增大.In this paper, the authors report the research on the preparation technology and magnetic properties of bulk Fe - N alloy containing α" - Ee16 N2 . Iron powder was heated to high temperature in the mixed hydrogen and ammonia, and quenched into a liquid nitrogen temperature. The samples containing α"- Ee16 N2 phase were prepared by aging the quenched samples. The samples are not pure phase by X - ray diffraction analysis, and there are three compositions,γ- Fe(N), α″- Fe(N) and α"- Fe16N2. According to magnetic measurement result of the samples, it was found that the saturation magnetic flux density of the samples were smaller than that of pure iron. It increased with the increase of α"- Fe16N2.
