摘 要:介绍了目前公认的处理垃圾焚烧飞灰的最稳定、最安全的熔融固化技术。论述了该技术的发展方向,并指出该技术能耗较大,而且在高温熔融过程中部分重金属会挥发迁移,导致二次污染;垃圾焚烧飞灰在较低温度下熔融,不仅节约了能耗,而且可以减少重金属的挥发;同时,将熔融固化后得到的玻璃制成高附加值的微晶玻璃,具有潜在的市场前景。Melting and solidification of MSWI fly ash that is the most stable, safe method, and is accepted by public was introduced. Its technical development trend was discussed and lots of energy is demanded in the process was pointed out, what's more, some heavy metals may evaporate while melted at high temperature, which leads to second pollution. Melting of MSWI fly ash at lower temperature can save energy, moreover, it can decrease the evaporation of the heavy metals. At the same time, normal glasses after the melting process have been transformed into the glass- ceramics, which have more valuable and potential market prospects.
