摘　　要：根据质量平衡和破碎分级特点,考虑冲击能的变化情况,建立了冲击式破碎机的破碎过程模型,在不同转子速率和给料率条件进行模拟及实验,模型通过一系列参数可以预测稳定状态下的性能。According to the mass balance and comminuted classification, considering the changes of the impact energy, simulation and experiment at different rotor velocities and feed rates, have developed a logical model for impact crusher that is able to predict the crusher performance at steady state and contains a reasonable number of parameters.
