摘  要:沸石催化剂作为一种化工新材料在近年来得到了快速发展和广泛应用。本实验用硫酸特殊处理过的人造沸石作催化剂,合成了丁酸乙酯,其合成效果较好、产率高、副反应少、对环境污染较低。同时考察了合成条件对丁酸和无水乙醇酯化反应的影响。适宜的条件为催化剂用量1/3 g丁酸,丁酸:无水乙醇=1:1.5,带水剂环己烷用量为10mL/mol丁酸,反应温度为75~80℃,反应时间为1 h。在此条件下丁酸的转化率在80%以上,该催化剂可以重复使用。Zeolite, a new material of chemical industry, used as a catalyst has been widely applied and rapidly developed. In this experiment, ethyl butyrate was synthesized by using man - made zeolite modified with H2SO4 as a catalyst. It showed that using this method, it had the high rate of production, fewer deputy response, lower pollution and so on . At the same time, the effect of some synthetic conditions on the esterification reaction of n- butyric acid with ethyl alcohol were investigated. The appropriate reaction condition were as follows: the amount of catalyst 1/3 g n - butyric acid, mol n - butyric acid: mol ethyl alcohol was 1 : 1.5, the amount of coclohexane 10 ml/mol n- butyric acid, reaction temperature 75--80℃ and reaction time 1 h. The conversion of n - butyric acid obtained under such reaction conditions was over 80 %, and the catalyst can be reused to give almost the same conversion.
