摘  要:以正丙酸和异戊醇为原料,固体杂多酸盐TiSiW12O40/TiO2为催化剂催化合成了丙酸异戊酯。探讨了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间对丙酸异戊酯产品收率的影响。实验结果表明:固体杂多酸盐TiSiW12O40/TiO2对丙酸异戊酯的合成具有良好的催化活性。在醇酸物质的量比为3.0 1,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的2.5%、反应时2.0 h,产品收率可达91.8%。Using propionic acid and isoamyl alcohol as material and solid hetero- polyacid salt TiSiW12O40/ TiO2 as catalyst, isoamyl propionate was synthesized. The effect of ratio of hydroxyl acid, amount of catalyst and reaction time to the yield of sioamyl propionate were investigated. The results showed that solid heteropolyacid salt TiSiW12O40/TiO2 was a good catalyst for synthesizing iso- amyl propionate. The yield of iso - amyl propionate was up to 91.8 % when molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to propionic acid was 3.0 : 1, mass ratio of catalyst was 2.5 %, and reaction time was 2.0hs.
