摘 要:综述了2,6-二甲基萘提取和合成技术,包括从石油焦油、煤焦油直接提取技术和以萘、甲基萘、甲苯和二甲苯为原料的化学合成工艺,并对其进行了全面的介绍,同时比较了各种制备2,6-二甲基萘工艺的优缺点,指出邻二甲苯/丁二烯烷基化路线由于采用的原料充足,价格合理,适合大规模生产,因而具有很重要的开发前景。2, 6-Dimethylnaphthalene is an ideal raw material of the production of polyethylene naphthalate. To obtain 2, 6-dimethylnaphthalene at low cost and high yield is an importalat task facing us. This article summarized the research on extraction and synthesis of 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene, and introduced in detail that 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene could be produced directly from petroleum and coal tar, and can also be synthesized by using naphthalene, methylnaphthalene, toluene and xylene as starting materials for reactions. The preparation methods, advantages and disadvantages were compared. It indicates that alkylation of o-xylene and butadiene could be one of the most promising methods due to its easy availability, low cost and applicability to large production capacity.
