摘  要:以L iOH.H2O,H3PO4,(NH4)2Fe(SO4)2.6H2O为原料,采用低温共沉淀结合后续热处理法制备了橄榄石型的锂离子电池正极材料L iFePO4。X射线衍射结果表明,所得产物为纯相橄榄石型L iFePO4。研究了锂用量、料液浓度、反应温度、反应时间、热处理温度、热处理时间等因素对所得产物电化学性能的影响,得到的优化实验条件为:锂用量为理论量的2.9倍,料液浓度为0.1mol/L,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为60 m in,热处理温度为700℃,热处理时间为10 h。Olivine LiFePO4 of anode materials for lithium ion batteries were synthesized by low temperature co-precipitation process and succeeding sintering, using LiOH · H2O, H3PO4, (NH4)2Fe (SO4)2· 6H2O as raw materials. X-ray patterns indicate that the final products were pure phase olivine LiFePO4. The effects of the amount of lithium compound, concentration of raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time, succeeding thermal treatment temperature and thermal treatment time on the electrnic performance of as-synthesized samples were investigated. The optimum conditions suitable for the preparation of LiFePO4 are obtained as follows: lithium amount of 2.9 times of theoretic value, raw material concentration of 0.1 mol/L, reaction temperature of 60 ℃, reaction time of 60 minutes, heat treatment at 700 ℃ for 10 h.
