摘  要:研究了含镍废料的酸浸工艺。考察了硫酸浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间及液固比等因素对镍浸出率的影响。设计正交实验L9(34)得到了镍浸出的最佳工艺条件,即硫酸浓度2.4 mol/L,液固比4∶1,浸出温度50℃下浸出1.5 h。采用闭路循环浸出,提高了硫酸的利用率和镍的浸出率。Sulfuric acid leaching technology of a nickelferrous spent material was studied. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration, leaching temperature, leaching time and liquid/solid ratio on the leaching rate of nickel were investigated. Optimum process parameters, namely, sulfuric acid concentration of 2.4 mol/L, liquid/solid ratio of 4: 1, leaching temperature of 50 ℃ and leaching duration of 1.5 h, were ascertained through orthogonal experiments of L9 (3^4). The utilization ratio of sulfuric acid and the leaching rate of nickel were improved after adopting circular countercurrent leaching.
