摘 要:分别对两面顶和六面顶两种不同装置合成的人造金刚石单晶作了磁性分选试验研究,在此基础上对各样品进行了静压强度、冲击强度和热冲击强度等方面的分析测试,结果表明,磁性对人造金刚石单晶的质量性能有明显的影响,磁性越强,外观颜色越深、显微镜下观察到的单晶内部气泡和杂质含量及缺陷越多、表面光洁度越差;其静压强度、常温冲击强度(TI)和热冲击强度指数(TTI)值就越低,其中磁性对静压强度的影响相对较小,对热冲击强度的影响最大;两面顶人造金刚石单晶性能指标明显好于六面顶人造金刚石。Experimental studies were carried out on the magnetic separation of two kinds of synthetic diamond single crystal synthesized by Belt-type press and cubic press respectively. Static-pressure strength, toughness index (TI)and thermaltoughness index (TTI) of each sample were analyzed. Results show that the magnetism of synthetic diamond single crystal played an obvious role on their qualities. With the magnetism increasing, synthetic diamond single crystal particles became darker and darker in appearance, and had more bubbles, impurities and defects, their surface fineness observed under the microscope were worse. The static-pressure strength, the TI under the normal temperature and TI3 decreased with magnetism increasing. The magnetism affected the static-pressure strength less than the TI3. The performances of synthetic diamond single crystal synthesized by Belt-type press were better than that synthesized by cubic press.
