点刺肝俞、膏肓俞为主治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察三棱针点剌肝俞、膏肓俞穴为主，对肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病患者的临床疗效。方法：将确诊为肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病患者118例随机分为两组，治疗组78例，采用三棱针点刺肝俞、肾俞穴0．1～0.2寸，随后在两穴处用闪火法拔罐出血，若伴乳房胀痛加刺臂中穴，痰盛者加刺丰隆穴。对照组40例予以口服乳癖消片治疗。结果：两组疗效比较，治疗组有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组即时止痛效果比较，治疗组即时止痛效果明显优于对照组（尸〈0．01）。结论：三棱针点刺肝俞、膏盲俞穴为主对肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病患者症状改善有明显作用。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects of patients suffered from hyperplasia of mammary glands（stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm）, who were punctured mainly Ganshu （BL 18） and Gaohuangshu（BL 43） by three edged needle. Methods： the patients （ 118 cases） diagnosed as hyperp/asia of mammary glands （stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm） were randomized into two groups. The treated group （78 cases） were treated by fire-flashing cupping on BL 18 and BL 43 resulting in bleeding after the two acupoints being punctured from 0.1 inch to 0.2 inch by three edged needle. If the patients had the distending pain of breast, they were punctured Bizhong（extra） besides the above acupoints. If the patients had abundant phlegm, they were punctured Fenglong（ST 40） besides the above acupoints. The controlled gronp（40 cases） were orally given Ruipixiao Tablet. Results： The effective rate of the treated group preceded obviously the controlled group （P〈0.05）. The instant analgesia of the treated group was superior to the controlled group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The symptoms and signs of the patients suffered from hyperplasia of mammary glands（stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm） were improved obviously after Ganshu （BL 18） and Gaohuangshu （BL 43） being punctured mainly by three-edged needle.
