摘  要:采用EDTA-柠檬酸盐法合成Bi_2V_(0.9)Co_(0.1)O_(5.5-δ)超细粉体,采用TG-DSC、XRD、SEM等测试方法对粉体的合成过程、晶体结构和颗粒形态进行了表征。研究结果表明,经450℃热处理可以得到具有单一Aurivillus结构的超细粉体(约为200nm)。在620℃下烧结3h可制备出致密的陶瓷样品,陶瓷样品的平均晶粒粒径约为3μm,相对密度达到94.5%。采用交流阻抗谱法研究了Bi_2V_(0.9)Co_(0.1)O_(5.5-δ)陶瓷的氧离子导电性能,发现在600℃时Bi_2V_(0.9)Co_(0.1)O_(5.5-δ)陶瓷的氧离子电导率达1.0×10-1S·cm-1。Bi2V0.9Co0.1O5.5-δ powder was synthesized by an EDTA-citrate process. The crystal structure and morphology of synthesized powder were characterized by TG-DSC, XRD and SEM. The results indicate that fine and uniform powder (about 200nm) with a pure Aurivillius structure was produced by calcining at 450℃ for lh. The ceramic specimen sintered at 620℃ for 3h shows a dense microstructure with an average grain size of about 3 μm and a relative density of 94.5%. The oxygen ionic conducting properties of the ceramic specimen were investigated by AC impedance spectroscopy. The specimen exhibits an oxygen ionic conductivity of 1.0 × 10^-1S·cm^-1 at a measuring temperature of 600℃.
