摘 要:目的:研究氨酰心安对急性心肌梗塞(Acute Myocardiald Infarction,AMI)QT离散度的影响。方法:40例AMI患者随机分成治疗组和对照组(n=20),治疗组给予氨酰心安25-150mg/d.对照给予常规治疗4周。比较两组治疗4周前后QT参数。结果:治疗4周后对照组QTd、QTcd、QTmax、QTmin、HR均无明显变化(P〉0.05),治疗组QTmax无改变(P〉0.5),QTmin延长(P〈0.01).HR减慢(P〈0.01),QTd、QTcd缩短。结论:氨酰心可安延长AMI患者的QTmin,对QTmax无影响,使QTd减小,有利于AMI患者心肌电活动的一致和稳定,减少室性心律失常的发生。Objective: To study the effect of the atenolol to AMI QT dispersion degree. Method: 40 patients with AMI were divided into the treated group and the control group at randomly ( n = 20), the treated group was given atenolol. The control group was treated as routine. Then compared the QT parameter of the four - week' s before - and - after. Result: After four weeks, there was no obviously change in the control group' s QTd,QTcd, QTmax,QTmin, HR, But in the treated group, unchanged in QTmax ( P 〉 0. 5 ), pro- longed in QTmin( P 〈0.01 ) ,slowed in HR( P 〈0.01 ) ,shorted in QTD and QTcd. Conclusion :The atenolol could prolonged the patients QTmin stabilized the QTmax, reduced the QTd, availed the AMI patients' myocardial electricity' s consistency and stabilization, then reduced the emergence of the ventricle arrhythmia.
