肿瘤化疗护理环节管理的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理环节管理在肿瘤化疗病人中的临床应用价值。方法:对245例肿瘤化疗病人,静脉应用不同的化疗药物,分别选用手背静脉、前臂静脉、手指小静脉、桡静脉等注射部位,进行护理环节管理。结果:245例患者中有240例未发生药液渗漏,约占98%;有5例发生渗漏,约占2%。发生药液渗漏的病人,及时采取有效护理措施,均未发生皮下组织坏死。结论:建立严密的护理环节管理责任制度,严格掌握技术操作方法,能有效防止化疗药液渗漏,减少医疗事故的发生。Objective： To investigate the role of administration of nursing process management to patients with chemical therapy. Method： All the 245 cases were received 5 - fu, Vincristine, Epimbicin , cyde , Mitomycin, Cisplatin through intravenous injection by palm venous,forearm venous,finger venous, radial venous, growped and compaired. Result： 240 of 245 cases had no drug leakage , comprising 97% ;5 cases had drug leakage. All cases of drug urement in time. Conclusion： Establish the exact leakage had no subcutaneous tissue necrosis for valid measmanagement and grasping the technical performance can avoid the chemical drugs leakage effectively.
