摘　　要：概述了国内外光温敏核不育水稻的研究及利用进展。主要介绍了影响光温敏核不育水稻育性转换的不同因素及不育性遗传研究进展,综述了光温敏核不育系的选育策略、选育成果及利用情况,并对其前景进行了展望。The research advances and application of photo-thermo sensitive genie male sterile rice（PTGMSR） were summarized. Several factors that influence fertility alteration and the research advances in inheritance of sterility were introduced. In this article, the strategies and results of PTGMSR breeding and application of PTGMSR were also mentioned. The problem of the research and application on PTGMSR was pointed out. Finally, the prospects of the research and application of PTGMSR were given.
