摘 要:将20只成熟健康Wistar大鼠分成两组,每组10只,实验组大鼠放入低压舱内,以15m/s速度上升至7500m高度,停留30min,造成体内重度缺氧.结果发现,缺氧后实验组心肌组织中内皮素(ET)含量明显下降(p<0.02);硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(SeGSHpx)浓度显著减少(P<0.001),但心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)改变不明显(p<0.05),SeGSHpx/MDA比值显著降低(P<0.001);心肌线粒体钙含量明显增加(p<0.001);心肌终末微血管内皮细胞超微结构发生明显改变.结果提示,内皮细胞超微结构改变可能与ET浓度的变化、组织细胞钙超载及抗氧化能力下降有关.20 healthy adult Wister rats were taken and divided into two groups containing 10rats in each group. Rats of the experimental group were put in a hypobaric chamber staying at analtitude of 7500m for 30 min in order to produce severe hypoxia, while rats of the control grouphad the same experimental condition except decompression. The results shwoed that ET content inthe myocardium in rats of experimental group decreased significantly, the difference was remark-able as compared with the control value (P<0. 02); SeGSHpx activity in the myocardium andSeGSHpx/MDA ratio decreased also significantly,the difference was very remarkable as conparedwith the control value (P < 0. 001 ): but MDA content in the myocardium had no significantchanges,the difference was insignificant (P< 0. 05). After acute hypoxia, the content of mito-chondria-calcium in the myocardium increased significantly, the difference was very remarkable incomparison with the control value (P<0. 001 ), meanwhile,changes of ultrastructure in the termi-nal capillary endothelial cells of the myocardium were also very remarkable. The results of the ex-periment suggested, that changes of ultrastructure in the terminal capillary endothelial cells afteracute hypoxia may have some relationship with changes of ET-content in the tissue,calcium over-load in the cells and lipid peroxidative damage. The phenomenon,that SeGSHpx activity decreasedsighificantly after acute hypoxia,while MDA content had no remarkble changes,revealed,that thedamage was principally due to the decline of anti-oxidative ability.
