肥胖患者肥胖蛋白的临床初步研究

摘　　要：采用放射免疫分析法测定了21例非肥胖正常人,24例肥胖患者及20例糖尿病患者血浆肥胖蛋白[op-(57~92)]水平.结果显示:肥胖患者血浆肥胖蛋白水平(109.1±16.4pg/mL)及糖尿病患者血浆肥胖蛋白水平(81.0±17.5pg/mL)均显著低于非肥胖正常人(194.3±17.7pg/mL).非肥胖正常人及肥胖患者血浆肥胖蛋白水平与体重指数,血糖、胆固醇及甘油三脂呈显著负相关,表明人肥胖蛋白在调节体重及内分泌代谢方面起非常重要的作用.Plasma obese gene (ob) product [op-(57~92)] level was measured with radioim-munoassay in 21 normal subjects, 24 adult obese patients, 20 patients with type Ⅱ diabeles(DMII). The results showed that plasma obese protein (op) levels in normal subjects (194. 34±17. 7 pg/ml) were significanty higher than those in other groups (P<0. 01). There was signifi-cantly negative corrlation between op level and body mass index, serum concentration of glucose,cholesterol and triglycerides. These data suggest that op is important in the regulation of bodyweight and serves an endocrine function to regulate body fat stores.
