四川口岸从回国劳务人员中连续发现恶性疟疾病例

摘　　要：〔目的〕加强对来自来疫区的回国人员的传染病监测,防止输入性疫情进一步扩散。〔方法〕对2006年6月19￣21日发现的4例疑似疟疾病例进行临床诊断和流行病学调查。〔结果〕4例病人均有疟疾流行病区(尼日利亚)生活工作史,有疟疾样症状和抗疟治疗史。此次发病表现为间歇性发作寒战、高热、大量出汗,其中2例有脾肿大;实验室检测结果:pf(+)、p(+)、c(+),提示为恶性疟感染;血液涂片查见恶性疟原虫。综合分析后,确诊为输入性恶性疟疾。〔结论〕目前,国内已发现不少由境外疟疾流行区感染的疟疾病例,许多地区受到输入性恶性疟疾的威胁。各级医疗单位和临床医生应提高对疟疾等传染病的认识;各相关部门协作配合,加强对出国劳务人员传染病防治知识的宣传教育,制定有效措施,以达到防止传染病传入的目的。Objective To strengthen observations on infectious disease among those who come from the quarantine area and to prevent further spreading of epidemic. Method 4 suspected malaria cases were indentified from June 19 to June 21,2006. Clinical diagnosis and the epidemiology investigation was conducted accordingly. Results All cases had the experience of living and working in Nigeria,where malaria is prevaling.They also had developed malaria symptoms and received the anti-malaria treatment,there were intermittent paroxysmic shiver,high fever had massive perspiration,（two of them had the splenomegaly）with laboratory examination result showing：pf（＋）, p（＋）,c（＋）,indicating the prompt infects for malignant malaria.As the blood smear testing found the malignant malarial parasite,and through a comprehensive analysis,we believe that these were imported pernicious malaria cases. Conclusion Nowadays,many malaria cases,who had ever been to epidemic area outside the border were indentified.A lot of areas are menaced by imported pernicious malaria.All medical setting and practitioners should give the priorities to infectious disease such as malaria prevention and control.All relevandt departments should enhance cooperation and coordination in health education among migrant worker to increase their awareness of communicable disease prevention and control,and to take some effective measures in this regard.
