乙状窦后入路显微手术切除大型听神经瘤围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨乙状窦后入路显微镜下切除大型听神经瘤手术前后的护理对策。方法对15例大型听神经瘤手术患者术前做好心理护理;术后做好体位护理及严密观察病情变化,呼吸道护理、脑室引流、面瘫的护理及术后并发症的观察护理。结果15例患者手术均获成功,术后1例发生肺部感染、2例发生脑脊液漏,经及时治疗和护理后痊愈,所有患者康复出院。结论做好充分的术前准备、术后密切的病情观察和周密细致的护理是减少并发症,提高手术成功率及促进患者早日康复的重要因素。Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing Methods for the patients, whose big acoustic neuroma have been removed through retrosigmoid approach microsurgery. Methods 15 patients with big acoustic neuroma were given psychological nursing and preparation before operation. They were put into proper positions after operation, and their state of the illness, respiratory tract, ventricle drainage, facial paralysis and complications after operation were observed. Results The operations of 15 patients were all successful. After operation, one patient got lung infection, two patients got leakage of cerebrospinal fluid, but they all got well after being treated and nursed in time. All patients recovered and were discharged. Conclusion Enough preparation before operation, close observation and good nursing after operation for those patients are the important factors to reduce complications, increase the success rate of operations and make patients recover quickly.
