超声引导射频治疗大肠癌肝转移的护理

摘　　要：目的总结超声引导射频治疗大肠癌肝转移的护理要点。方法对24例大肠癌肝转移无法手术的患者进行超声引导射频治疗,术前给予健康教育及心理护理,术后给予病情观察及相应的护理。结果除1例患者在治疗过程中无法耐受疼痛而中断治疗外,其余患者顺利通过治疗,肿瘤灭活率92.0%,无发生严重并发症;全部患者治疗后,均出现肝区胀热感及疼痛,21例患者治疗后有发热。结论术前给予健康教育及术后严密观察病情,掌握射频消融术后并发症的原因及特点,给予针对性的预防处理,使患者有良好的心理状态接受治疗及配合术中的操作,保证治疗顺利进行,减少并发症的发生。Objective To study nursing points of ultrasound-guided radiofrequeney ablation （RFA） in the treatment of liver metastases of colorectal carcinoma. Methods 24 patients who were not appropriate candidates for resection were treated with RFA. All of them were given health education and psychological nursing before operation and observation of illness state and corresponding nursing after operation. Results Only one patient could not endure pain and stop the therapy, and the other patients got satisfactory effect. All patients had swelling-heat feeling and pain, and 21 patients had fever after therapy. Conclusion Health education before operation and observation after operation, understanding characters of complications of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation, and pertinent preventive management can help patients keep calm mental status and accept the operation, thus can decrease complication rate.
