消毒供应室工作人员发生锐器损伤危险因素及处理方法调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解消毒供应室人员发生锐器损伤的危险因素及处理方法,以便制订防护对策。方法对广州市三所三级甲等医院供应室工作人员(包括护士和工人)进行锐器伤职业暴露危险因素及正确处理职业暴露方法调查。结果锐器损伤职业暴露主要发生在器械分类、器械回收、清洗过程及处理医疗废物过程;不到半数人员能采取正确处理职业暴露的措施。结论供应室工作人员应明确锐器损伤职业暴露的主要环节,加强人员职业暴露的教育,面临职业暴露危险时,应该采取正确的处理方法,以预防经血源性疾病的传播,减少供应室人员职业暴露的危险。Objective To investigate the risk factors and management of blunt injury on medical staff in supply room, and to make up the prevention methods. Methods The occupational exposure risk factors of blunt injury occurred on medical staff in supply room （ including nurses and ordinary workers） in three Grade A hospitals were analyzed and correct management towards occupational exposure were investigated. Results Blunt injuries mainly occurred in the course of classification, retrieve and clearance of equipments, and sometimes occurred during the process of disposal medical garbage. Less than half of the workers adopted correct management towards occupational exposttre. Conclusion The key points of occupational exposure of blunt injury should be identified by the workers of supply room. And the workers should learn the correct management towards occupational exposure. Thus the incidence of dissemination of hematogenic diseases would decrease. And the occupational exposure risk would be minimized.
