糖尿病患者的健康教育效果分析

摘　　要：目的提高糖尿病患者的健康教育效果,以达到治疗效果预期目标。方法通过组织授课,发放健康教育小册子及健康教育处方,疾病知识科普宣传及个别交谈等形式对136例糖尿病患者实施健康教育,内容为饮食、运动和用药知识的指导。并于健康教育前,教育后1个月、3个月对患者进行健康教育效果的评价。结果健康教育干预前后糖尿病患者在按时服药、饮食控制、加强运动和血糖监测方面比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论健康教育可使糖尿病患者的认知、态度和行为发生变化,得到科学、合理的治疗和管理,提高了患者自身健康的维护能力,达到治疗效果预期目标。Objective To achieve anticipated therapeutic effect by by improving health education in diabetic patients, Methods Health education on diet, exercise and medication was given to 136 diabetic patients in forms of lectures, pamphlets and individual talk. Patients were accessed before health education, one month and three months after health education. Results Significant differences were found before and after health education in medication, diet control, exercise and blood sugar monitoring （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condusion Health education altered patients＇ beliefs, attitudes and behavior, Patients received reasonable therapy and management, and their self-caring ability was improved. Thus anticipated therapeutic effect was achieved.
