摘 要:采用花粉管通道技术将大刍草的DNA导入玉米自交系黄早四中,连续3年对其后代的部分性状进行了调查分析,对性状的变异和转化进行了探讨。试验结果表明:导入大刍草DNA后,会降低黄早四的出苗率,使出苗时间延长,同时会使植株的株高、穗位高降低,并对果穗性状产生影响。处理后株系性状的变异范围均大于对照,证明导入大刍草的DNA会使自交系性状的变化范围增大,类型增多,扩大了育种的选择范围,增加了筛选机会。The DNA from Zea Diploperennis was introduced into the maize self-bred line(Huangzao 4) through pollen tube pathway technique. The variation in biological characters of offspring was investigated in continuing three years. The resuhs indicated that the transgenic offspring showed a lower seedling emergence percentage, delayed germinating time, a decreased plant height and ear height. The spike(spicula) characteristics of transformants were also changed. A great range of variations appeared in their offspring. The transformation of exogenous DNA into Huangzao 4 enlarged the variations range of agronomic characters of offspring and generated diverse germplasm materials which were benefit to breeding and provided us much more chances to select excellent varieties.
