摘 要:在防雨棚中盆栽试验条件下,以龙单13、鲁单981、四单19、郑单19、郑单958这5个玉米杂交种为试材,研究了玉米苗期正常供水、轻度干旱胁迫、中度干旱胁迫3种供水处理条件下子粒粗蛋白质、赖氨酸含量的变化。试验结果表明,供水处理间、品种间粗蛋白质含量、赖氨酸含量均存在极显著差异,供水处理与品种的互作效应也存在极显著差异。不同品种在3种供水条件下,子粒粗蛋白质和赖氨酸含量的变化虽有所不同,但除四单19的赖氨酸含量外,各处理粗蛋白质含量、赖氨酸含量均以中度干旱胁迫下最高。Pot experiment was carried out with 5 maize hybrids (Longdan 13, Ludan981, Sidan 19, Zhengdan 19, and Zhengdan958) under three levels of water supply treatment (adequate water available, light drought stress, and modest drought stress) during seedling stage in a rain shelter. The results showed that the difference of the content of grain crude protein, and lysine existed significantly among different water supply levels, hybrids, and the interaction effects of water supply levels with hybrids. Under the condition of modest drought stress, the content of grain crude protein, and lysine increased significantly within all hybrids, compared with adequate water available and light drought stress treatment, except Sidanl9 whose grain lysine content was highest under the condition of adequate water available.
