自血光量子疗法治疗脊髓损伤的动物实验研究

摘  要:本文通过把脊髓损伤家兔的静脉血放进血液辐射治疗仪,经紫外线照射充氧后再回输.经血气分析、血液流变学检查、电解质分析及血细胞计数检查,发现脊髓损伤家兔存在着低氧血症和高粘滞血症.经自血光量子疗法治疗后,家兔的血氧分压、血氧饱和度有显著提高,全血粘度、血浆粘度下降明显、红细胞电泳时间缩短和纤维蛋白原溶解度增加.对电解质影响不大.能够激发红细胞生成.实验结果显示自血光量子疗法可以改善缺氧状态、加速血流速度、改善微循环障碍,促进损伤的脊髓组织恢复,从而进一步达到恢复脊髓功能的目的.The venous blood from spinal cord injured rabbits loaded in the Mood radiometer, was radiated by ultraviolet.fully oxygenated and transfused back. The results showed that the spinal cord injured rabbits exhibited the symptoms of hypoxia and hyperviscosity through analysis of the blood gas,the blood rheolo-gy,the plasma electrolytes and the blood cell counts.the PO2,O2sat .and the solubility of fibronegen inereased significantly,and the plasma viscosity and the time of RBC electrophorosis decreased signficantly,but the concentrations of plasma electrolytes have no changes,after treated by autohemotherapy of light quanta in the injured rabbits. The finding implied that light quanta autohemotherapy could make the spinal cord injured rabbits recover,and even back to the normal function through alleviating hypoxia and microcirculation distru-bance.
