头痛安胶囊对实验性大鼠软脑膜微循环障碍的影响

摘　　要：大鼠预防性给药,观察头痛安胶囊对高分子右旋糖酐造成的大鼠软脑膜微循环障碍的影响.结果表明,头痛安组大鼠的血流速度开始减慢的时间明显比生理盐水对照组延长,且血流形态分级数也明显优于对照组.对高分子右旋糖酐造成的血液流态障碍,头痛安组具有显著的减轻作用.Toutongan is a composition of Ligusticum Chuanxiong (Wallichii Franch) with some other traditional Chinese herbs , which is applied in clinical treatment of patients with migraine. It can reduce the aggregation of platelets and red blood cells,enhance red blood cell filtration (IF),increase blood viscosity and slow down the blood flow. We used an animal model of intravenous injection of high molecular weigth dextran to produce blood stasis in rats and observe effects of Toutongan on the piamater microcirculation in rats.The results indicated that Toutongan could increase the blood velocity of the piamater of rats with significant difference (P<0. 01). The time for intersect of capillary increasing was shorter than that for the control group (P<0. 01). The time for improvement of flow pattern was 99. 29±22. 43 sec in the control and 225. 43±46. 84 sec in the medicated group (P<0. 01). These results indicated that Toutongan is effective in improving microcirculation disturbance of piamater induced by high molecular weight dextran.
