摘　　要：介绍了采用Visual Basic6.0和iFIX组态软件实现监控功能的工业企业动力能源集控系统及其几项关键技术的开发、监控系统与数据库的数据交换接口、用户权限管理模块、能源监控系统的WEB服务配置和污水流量上报通讯模块的开发。The centralized control system of enterprise＇ s energy sources based on Visual Basic6.0 and iFIX configuration software was introduced, the development of key techniques was discussed, including： data exchange interface between monitoring system and database, user authorization managing module, WEB server configuration of energy sources monitoring system, and wastewater flow report communication module. This system carries out ~entralized control of various public utilities in an enterprise and forms an uniform monitoring platform. The system also issues monitoring data to be used by all departments via the computer network in the enterprise, and at the same time provides a standard data platform for enterprise MES/MIS.
