摘  要:用改进的微乳液聚合法,合成出聚合物/乳化剂大于15∶1,粒径34.3 nm、多分散性0.176的纯丙微乳液。考察了聚合工艺、乳化剂种类用量、电解质用量、温度、搅拌对乳液粒径及性能的影响。要求缓慢搅拌,并严格控制滴加速度。The all- acrylate micro -emulsion was successfully synthesized by micro- emulsion polymerzatioin with the ratio of polymer to emulsifier 15: 1, particle size 34.3nm, polydispersibility of particle size 0. 176. Influences of polymerization technology, emulsifier levels, amount of electrolyte, polymerization temperature and agitation intensity on particle size and performances of emulsion were studied. The Monomers should be continuously and slowly dropped in with mild stirrings.
