养脏愈肠汤结合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎36例临床观察

摘　　要：为了探索溃疡性结肠炎的有效疗法，采用养脏愈肠汤结合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎36例（治疗组），并与单纯柳氮磺吡啶治疗24例（对照组）对比观察。结果显示，治疗组治愈率50．0％，有效率91．7％，对照组分别为25．0％和70．8％，治愈率与有效率治疗组均明显优于对照组。结果表明，养脏愈肠汤结合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效明显。The objective of the study was to probe into a more effective therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. The combined medication of YangZang YuChang Decoction（YZYCD）and salicylazosulfapyridine （SASP） was applied in 36 patients with ulcerative colitis,and the therapeutic results was controlled in SASP treatment of 24 cases. As results, the cure rate and effective rate in the combined medication group were 50. 0% and 91.7% respectively;while that in the SASP controlled group were 25.0% and 70.8% respectively. It is concluded that the clinical effect of the combined medication of YZYCD and SASP is more prominent.
