内扎外剥加侧切术治疗嵌顿环状混合痔的临床观察

摘　　要：对82例嵌顿环状混合痔采用内扎外剥皮桥切断吻合加侧切术，术后给予坐浴、抗炎、换药及理疗治疗。82例全部治愈，疗程平均15d。术后肛管平整，无肛门狭窄等后遗症。结果表明，该术式能迅速减轻患者痛苦，疗效确切，且符合肛门整形之要求，无并发症。Eighty two patients with incarcerated circular mixed hemorrhoids underwent the procedure of external dissection and internal ligation,incision of skin bridge ＆ anastomsis and lateral incision,followed by postoperative treatment of sitz bath,antibiotic management,change of dressing and physical therapy. As results, all the 82 cases got cured ,the average treatment course was 15 days, there were no such sequelae as anal stricture,etc, and the anal skin was smooth as well. It is concluded that this combined surgical procedure has many advantages, such as quicker relief of pain, better therapeutic effect, better anal contour and no side effect.
