摘　　要：本文结合沪宁高速公路改扩建工程机电工程勘察设计工作,时其监控、通信和收费三大系统设计理念和不中断交通条件下的机电工程建设措施进行了介绍。Combined with electromechanical engineering survey and design in Huning expressway extension project,this paper indroduces the design idea of monitoring,communication and pavement systenn of the project,and discusses the construction measures of electromechnical project without interruptting the traffic flow.
