摘　　要：根据料柱骨架理论和喷煤技术经济分析，提出了高炉喷煤极限和临界置换比的新概念；讨论了喷煤极限的前提；论证了大量喷煤，以煤代焦在经济上的合理性；指出大量喷煤，达到喷煤量极限的关键在于改善料柱透气性，提高高炉冶炼水平。According to the theory on stock column skeleton of BF and the economic analysis of injection,a new concept on limit of injected coal and critical replacement ratio is proposed.The premiss of coal injection limit and the economical rationality of great quality of coal injection are discussed.It is shown the key point of reaching the limit of coal injection is improvement of permeability of stock column and enhanced BF operation.
