摘  要:通过对电弧炉从出钢到连铸结束的各阶段影响连铸用钢水温度的因素的研究,本文建立了连铸用钢水温度传热物理数学模型。经过与在天津轧钢三厂实际测量值的比较,模型计算值与实际测量值吻合较好。利用该模型对现行工艺提出的改进方案,保证连铸生产顺行并获得节能降耗的较好的效果。Based on the analysis of the factors,which affect the temperature drop of molten steel from EAF tapping to the end of continuous casting,a physico-mathematical model of heat transfer for monitoring molten steel temperature is presented in this paper.The model has been verified by the experimental measurements carried out at Tianjin №,3 Steel Rolling Mill.There is a relatively good agreement between measured and calculated results,Using this model a new technology is suggested,which will be affective to reduce the energy consumption.
