床旁血液灌流抢救重度有机磷农药中毒疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨床旁血液灌流(HP)治疗重度有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者的疗效和护理。方法:将104例AOPP患者随机分为灌流组50例和非灌流组54例,非灌流组给予常规洗胃、导泻、输液及氯磷定、阿托品治疗,灌流组在此基础上给予HP。结果:灌流组治愈率、中间综合征发生率、昏迷时间、血胆碱酯酶恢复时间和阿托品用量与非灌流组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:HP能迅速清除体内毒物,明显缩短病程,减少并发症,提高AOPP的治愈率。Objective： To explore the clinical effects and nursing of bedside hemopedusion therapy on acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning （AOPP）. Methods： 104 patients with severe AOPP were divided into hemopedusion group（50 cases） and non -hemoperfusion group（.54 cases）. The non -hemopedusion were given conventional treatment including gastrolavage, purgation,fluid infusion, atropine and pralidoxime chloride. On the basis of the conventionzl treatment, the hemoperfusion group were given additional hemoperfusion therapy. Results：There were significant differences in cure rate, incidence of intermediate syndrome, coma duration, serum cholinesterase recovery time and atropine dosage between two groups （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Hemoperfusion can dear organophosphorus pesticide rapidly, shorten duration of illness,reduce complication and improve the cure rate of severe AOPP.
