摘　　要：论述了电力电网中采用功率因数补偿的意义,介绍了一种以ATMEL公司的ATMEGA16为主控制芯片的功率因数自动补偿仪的研制,详细介绍了该控制器的原理和软硬件设计特点。The significance of reactive power compensation in power grid was discussed; the development of ARC power factor automatic compensator meter taking ATMEI, company＇s ATMEGA16 monolithic processor as the main control chip was introduced; and the principle and application of this controlling meter were introduced in detail.
