摘 要:目的探探讨系统性红斑狼疮患者血清对氧磷脂酶-1(PON-1)活性水平及其临床意义。方法测定48例SLE患者(33例活动期和15例非活动期)、30例健康正常者血清PON-1活性、ox-LDL等指标。结果SLE患者PON-1活性为(131.5±45.2)IU/ml,显著低于健康正常者(223.4±65.8)IU/m(lP<0.01);且SLE患者活动期PON-1活性低于非活动期,相反血清ox-LDL水平则高于非活动期,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。PON-1与ox-LDL存在负相关性(r=-0.552,P<0.001),而PON-1与HDL-C不存在相关性(r=0.173,P>0.05)。结论SLE患者血清PON-1活性下降;PON-1与血清ox-LDL水平、高脂质过氧化有关。PON-1活性下降可能是SLE早发动脉粥样硬化的一大因素。Objective To To investigate paraoxonase 1 activity and its clinical significance in patients with systemic lupus erytbematosus (SLE). Methods forty eight SLE patients were further divided into active (n=33)and inactive (n=15) groups according to disease activity. Serum paraoxonase 1 activity and ox-LDL levels were measured and compared with those in healthy controls(n=30). Results Serum ox-LDL levels were higher and paraoxonase 1 activity (131.5±45.2IU/ml) was lower (P〈0.01) in the patient group than those in the controls. Serum ox-LDL levels were significantly higher, while paraoxonase 1 activity was lower in the active group than those in inactive group. There was a negative correlation between ox-LDL levels and paraoxonase 1 activity. Conclusion Decreased paraoxonase 1 activity in systemic lupus erytbematosus may be a key factor in atherogenesis at the earlier stage of SLE, which in turn could result in enhanced lipid peroxidation and increased ox-LDL levels.
