早期高血压的预防研究

摘　　要：目的研究预防早期原发性高血压。方法调查宝安区慢性病防治院门诊部1999年5月至2003年12月已确诊的高血压病例,将无症状高血压病例列为实验组,有症状高血压的病例列为对照组。结果在性别、Ⅰ级高血压和Ⅲ级高血压中的收缩压和舒张压、高血压治疗史和运动人数及收缩压、舒张压、胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白的两组比较中,具有非常显著的差别(P<0.005)。在有高血压家族史两组比较中,具有较显著的差别(P<0.05)。结论无症状高血压的研究对早期高血压防治有用。OBJECTIVE To study prevent of primary hypertension in early stage. METHODS Investigate potutation in the Baoan District Shenzhen city, finding out hypertension for the clinic examination to have diagnosed of patiens in 1999-2003 year. Finding asymptom of hypertension case is a experiment group. Finding out symptom in hypertension patients is a comtrol group. RESULTS There are very singnificantly difference between two group in sex, SBP and DBP in one grade hypertention and tree grade hypertension, sports and case history had treated in hypertension patients, SBP, DBP, TC, HDL respectively （P〈0.005） .History of clan is significantly between the asymptomatic hypertension and symptom hypertension （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Asymptomatic hyertension is useful for prevent and treatment hypertention in early stage.
