摘  要:对TC16钛合金自锁螺母裂纹故障件进行了裂纹及断口、金相组织及显微硬度分析,并结合自锁螺母的制造工序,对裂纹的形成原因进行了综合分析。结果表明,自锁螺母的裂纹是在固溶处理后的收口工序过程中产生的。其主要原因是固溶处理中收口端内外表面产生的脆性氧污染层,造成该处塑性严重下降。严格控制固溶处理时的环境气氛或合理调整制造工序可有效预防此类故障。This paper investigated the crack distribution on the self-locking nuts of TC16, characteristics of crack fracture surface, mierostrueture and microhardness. Combined with the manufacture processing of the nuts, causes for the crack failure were analyzed. The results showed that the cracks were introduced in the tightening process after the solution treatment of the self-locking nuts. The main cause was the brittle oxygen contamination layer on the outside & inside of the nuts resulted from the solution treatment, which cause sharp decrease in the plasticity. Controlling the solution treatment environment and adjusting the manufacture processing are the effective measurements to prevent such failures.
