激光治疗下肢大隐静脉曲张的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:评价腔内激光治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的临床疗效和护理。方法:2004年10月-2005年4月,采用钬激光治疗静脉曲张39例,共47条肢体。结果:39例患者术后随访2-6个月,彩色超声多普勒检查显示大隐静脉主干均发生血栓性闭塞,所有病例在术后3-4周内均出现曲张静脉消失。结论:腔内激光治疗下肢静脉曲张近期(6个月以内)疗效明确,损伤小,术后恢复快,适于推广。Objective： Evaluate the curative effect and the nursing care about laser treat varicosis of great saphenous vein. Methods：Select 39 cases,47 of limbs,from Oct 2004 to Apr 2005,which using laser to treat varieosis of great saphenous vein. Results： 39 cases displayed by color ultrasonic that trunks of these great saphenous vein occurred thrombosis obstruction and all of varieosis vein of these cases dispeared after treatment 3-4 weaks. Conclusion：Using laser to treat varieosis of great sapbe nous vein,curative effect exactly（within six monthes） ,hurt small and comeback rapidly, is good method that should be extend ed.
