急性心肌梗死患者血浆中血小板P-选择素和血小板膜蛋白V的动态变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血浆中血小板P-选择素(P-selectin)和血小板膜蛋白V(GPV)的动态变化,探讨急性心肌缺血前、后血小板活化的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫方法测定31例住院AMI患者发病12 h内,第2 d,第3 d和1周时及30例正常人血浆中的P-selectin和GPV的含量,并对其动态变化进行比较。结果AMI患者12 h起P-selectin和GPV浓度明显高于正常组(P<0.01),其中GPV当天达到高峰,P-selectin则在第2 d达到高峰,第7 d基本恢复正常范围(P>0.05)。结论GPV可以作为反映冠心病患者病程中血小板活化程度的一项新指标。Objective To investigate dynamic changes of plasma P-selectin （P-sel） and glycoprorein V （GPV） in Acute Myocardiac Infarction（AMI} and study the clinical signigicance of platelet activation before or after AMI. Methods The plasma P - selectin and GPV levels of 31 AMI in 12h, 2 day, 3 day and 7 day after infarction and 30 healthy people were measured by ELISA. Results The plasma P - selectin and GPV levels in AMI group were significant higher than that in the normal group （P〈 0.01）, especially GPV levels on the first day and P-selectin levels on the second day after AMI reached the peak value. P-selectin and GPV levels decreased after AMI reached the peak value. P-selectin and GPV levels decreased to the normal range in the seventh day. Conclusions GPV can be regarded as a mark reflecting the degree of platelet activation in AMI patients.
