摘　　要：研究表明,kit基因突变是多数肥大细胞增生症的病因,血浆类胰蛋白酶检测及骨髓涂片CD25免疫组化标记对诊断系统性肥大细胞增生症有重要意义。依据对肥大细胞增生症更深入系统的认识,世界卫生组织重新制定了肥大细胞增生症的分类方法及系统性肥大细胞增生症的诊断标准。It has been proved that the main cause of mastocytosis is the mutation of kit gene. Determination of tryptase levels in plasma and CD25 immunohistochemistry of bone marrow are of great importance to diagnose mastocytosis. Based on the deep understand of the disease, WHO redefined the classification of mastocytosis and the diagnostic criteria for systemic mastocytosis.
