驻极体膜及高压静电处理甘草种子生物性状比较研究

摘  要:以甘草种子为试材,采用不同场强的驻极体膜和高压静电分别对其进行处理,观察其生物性状的变化,以探讨驻极体膜代替高压静电处理植物种子的可行性。结果表明:驻极体膜场强为60—90kV/cm时处理24h的甘草种子与对照比较,发芽率提高18.75%,幼苗干重提高24.17%,种子电解质渗出率下降24.51%,叶片中SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、POD(过氧化物酶)、CAT(过氧化氢酶)活性分别提高30.97%,65.20%,13.89%,单位面积叶绿素含量增加24.35%,干旱处理幼苗相对失水率下降55.56%。上述结果与高压静电最佳处理产生的效果相当。To explore the feasibility of replacing electrostatic field with electret membrane in treating Glycyrrhiza uralensis seed, Glycyrrhiza uralensis seed was treated with electret membrane and electrostatic field in different field densities. Variation of its biological characters was observed. The result shows that when Glycyrrhiza uralensis seed was treated with electret membrane in 60 - 90 kV/cm field density for 24 h, germination rate increased by 18.75%, weight of seedling increased by 24.17%, soak conductivity of seed decreased by 24.51%, activities of SOD,POD and CAT enzymes in leaf increased by 30.97%, 65.20% and 13.89%, respectively, chlorophyll content in the unit area increased by 24.35% compared with the control group. This result is similar to the effect of the best treatment with electrostatic filed.
