摘  要:以海水产酶发酵培养基为对照,研究了多种离子对P.sp.SM9913胞外蛋白酶分泌的影响.结果表明,淡水培养基添加NaCl浓度越高,胞外蛋白酶的酶活也越高.K+、Ca2+、磷酸盐的协同作用促进胞外蛋白酶的分泌.Mg2+能够明显抑制胞外蛋白酶的分泌.Fe3+对胞外蛋白酶分泌影响不明显.Sr2+、F-、B-这3种离子单独作用时都能促进胞外蛋白酶的分泌;但是这3种离子协同作用劣于单独作用.实验浓度下上述多种离子协同作用可明显促进胞外蛋白酶的分泌.该研究为深海适冷菌P.sp.SM9913的淡水化培养和进一步研究胞外蛋白酶的分泌机制奠定了基础.The deep-sea bacterium Pseudoalteromonas sp. SM9913 can secret abundant extracellular proteases when cultured in sea water ferment culture medium ( swfcm ). The effects of different ions on the extracellular protease secretion were studied. It is shown that the protease activity increases while the concentralion of NaCl increases from 1% (w/v) to 5% (w/v). M^2+ inhibit the extracellular proteases secretion obviously. The effect of Fe^3+ is not remarkable. The addition of K^+ , Ca^2+ and phosphate at the same time could improve the extracellular protease secretion. Sr^2+ , F^- and B^- could improve the extracellular pmtease secretion of P. sp. SM9913 when acting separately, which combined eta'cots are lower than their separate effects on the protease secretion. The combination of the above ions is shown to be able to increase the extracelluar protease secretion. New light has been shed on the scheme of extracellular protease secretion of cold-adapted deep-sea bacterium P. sp. SM9913.
