摘  要:目的:观察黄芪血清对HDF细胞SOD活性,M DA含量及p16mRNA表达的影响。方法:以黄芪水煎剂灌胃家兔获得含药血清,以含黄芪血清的DM EM培养基培养HDF细胞,同时以不含黄芪的家兔血清作空白对照,比色法测定HDF细胞的SOD活性及M DA含量,RT-PCR检测p16 mRNA表达。结果:含黄芪血清培养基培养的HDF细胞与空白血清培养的HDF细胞比较SOD活性增加,p16表达减少。结论:含黄芪血清的培养基通过增加HDF细胞SOD活性,减少M DA含量及p16表达而起到抗衰老作用。Objective:To observe the effects of Astragalus Root serum on SOD activity, MDA content and p16 mRNA expression of the human dermal fribroblast (HDF)cells. Methods:The serum from the rabbits filled with water decoction of Astragalus Root was collected. The human dermal fribroblast cells were cultured in DMEM containing Astragalus Root serum. The SOD activity and the MDA content were determined by colorimetric method, and the expression of p16 gene was determined by RT--PCR. Results: Compared with those in control group, the SOD activity increased,while the p16 expression decreased. Conclusion: Astragalus Root serum can postpone senescence by increasing the SOD activity, and decreasing the MDA content and P16 expression.
