摘　　要：目的:筛选银杏注射剂的处方和制备工艺,进行溶血性考察。方法:药典法和紫外分光光度法。结果:确定了处方和制备工艺,五批样品的溶血度均符合药典要求。结论:筛选的制备工艺稳定,紫外分光光度法测定溶血度快速准确。Objective： To study the preparation process of compound ginkgo biloba injection and hemolysis test. Methods： We used pharmacopia spectrophotometry assay methods. Result： The prescription and the preparation process were established and five batches of drug conformed to the standard. Conclusion： The preparation process is stable and the hemolysis test is accurate and easy to be observed.
