摘　　要：本文以济钢长期生产经验的积累和研究为基础,通过大量的实物取证和系统分析,结合近年来钢种数量增多和生产方式多样化出现的新问题,参照热轧钢板有关标准和技术条件中相关的定义和描述,以钢板表面缺陷发生的实际形态和特征相为依据,对几种典型的钢板表面缺陷进行了科学的分类,介绍了这几类缺陷的形态、特征、成因和影响。它对中厚板厂的技术人员和质检部门进行钢板表面质量的分析、判定和缺陷的消除具有重要的参考价值。Based on the long term production experience and research, by collecting a great amount of actual product evidences and systematically analyzing, combining with the new problems occurred with increased numbers of steel grades and diversification of production modes, referring to the relevant definition and description in the standards and specifications for hot rolled steel plate , the article scientifically classifies several typical surface defects on steel plate according to the actual forms and characteristics of surface defects on steel plate and presents the forms, characteristics , causes and effects of these types of defects, which is of significant value to the technical personnel and quality control department for reference to analyze, judge the plate surface quality and eliminate defects.
