摘　　要：介绍某车型汽车循环球转向器转向螺杆的设计原理和它在Solid W orks中的精确三维造型过程,以便为转向螺杆后续的应力分析、装配仿真和数控加工代码生成提供精确的三维仿真模型。Design principle of steering screw of the recireulating - ball steering gear is discussed in the paper. Process of its precise 3 - D modeling is introduced particularitly using Solid Works. The 3 - D modeling can be applied to stress analysis,assembly simulation and NC code of the steering screw.
