摘　　要：对新设计的变电站接地网和投入运行的变电站接地网进行准确地状态评估,是确保接地网具有良好状态,确保电力系统安全稳定运行的关键。文章从变电站接地电阻、接触电压和跨步电压的测量,接地系统安全性的评估,接地系统腐蚀及断点的诊断等方面介绍了变电站接地系统状态评估的相关内容。It is the key factor to insure .safety operation of electric power system with well-insured grounding network that the condition of newly designed and operated grounding system in the substation has been accurately evaluated. This paper introduces the content of evaluation which includes measurement of grounding resistance, contact and step voltage, evaluation for safety and diagnosis about erosion as well as breakage on the grounding system, etc.
