摘　　要：基于高校图书馆个性化服务实施过程中遇到的个人隐私保护、系统及用户数据安全、知识产权、服务反馈及图书馆信息服务人员的素质等问题提出了自己的看法。There are many problems that are worth exploring in the procession of personalized information services in university library. The article analyses and discusses the problems in individual privacy protection, system and user database security, intellectual property, service feedback and etc. Finally, the author gives her own opinion on these problems.
